From a Yiwu hat workshop to a hat brand trusted worldwide
For more than sixteen years, the people behind Hatazzle have been cutting, blocking, sewing and inspecting hats in Yiwu, China. This is the story of how a local hat workshop grew into China Yiwu Jucong Hat Factory, three hat brands and an export business serving buyers on six continents.

Our journey
The chapters that made Hatazzle
It started in Yiwu
Our story begins in Yiwu City, Zhejiang — the world’s largest wholesale hub for small goods, a short drive from the container ports of Ningbo and Shanghai. Yiwu’s network of straw, fabric and trim suppliers is right on our doorstep.
Mastering the craft of straw
Straw hats are at the heart of our programme: cowboy, Mexican, floppy, fedora, Panama and bucket styles. Blocking, weaving and finishing them well is how we learned that a good hat is made in the details.
Growing the range
Alongside straw, we make baseball caps, pet hats, doll and mini hats, and party and festival hats. Today our programme covers hats for nearly every shelf and occasion.
Three brands, one factory
Our production runs as China Yiwu Jucong Hat Factory, and we work under three names — Jucong, More Sunshine and Hatazzle. Different names, the same floor and the same standards.
Hatazzle goes global
Hatazzle became our export brand for international buyers. With full OEM and ODM service, we now make hats for brands, wholesalers and event suppliers across North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa.
A second factory in Henan
As orders grew, we opened a second factory in Henan Province. Today 120 workers there help us produce about 200,000 hats every month, giving us the capacity for large-volume orders alongside small trial runs.
Today — and the next chapter
Sixteen years on, we are an audited, export-focused factory with our own design and sales team. Our goal has not changed: honest communication, samples you can check, and hats you can brand, reorder and rely on.
